week 9

This week was the same as last week we didn't change nothing from the workout plan we made last week. the only this i did this week that was some what different is i did a body cleaning. im starting a fast. Fasting is primarily an act of willing abstinence or reduction from certain or all fooddrink, or both, for a period of time.Other fasts may be only partially restrictive, limiting particular foods or substances. The fast may also be intermittent in nature. Fasting practices may preclude sexual intercourse and other activities as well as food.  To me fasting will helps me realize just how fragile we are and how much we depend on things beyond ourselves. For the month of November i plan to have harder work out.
