week 8

for week 8 Me and Courtney tried some thing a little different. We planed our whole week out like everyday until Sunday. So Monday thought Sunday we are doing 25 sit ups. To try and tighten up our stomach. 10 V up Wednesday, Friday (which is today) and Sunday. Courtney has to run at less 2 mils before this week is over. I do sit ups cause my biggest problem to me is m y stomach and Courtney had a fact stomach. she just doesn't like running. Well i don't like running either. Since i had real bad knees i would run then walk but this week i haven't ran not once. ill probably do it Sunday. Also Everyday we are suppose to do 10 push ups. push ups are easy. Me personality i start having a better eating habit but this week i worked a lot. and being are McDonald or any fast food for 6 hours is tempting. that my weakness fast food.And get off and not wanting to work out. so for the up coming week we are going to add like two more workouts to our week. to help work out different parts of our body.
