Last Week.
Well This is this is the last week, me and Courtney haven't did anything together. i finish that month of November workout sit up pic i posted a couple of weeks ago. That was Fun I seen Improvements. But Before Thanksgiving break Courtney found this like juicing thing that we was going to try. It was like basically drinking fruit but she kept forgetting to make it and bring it. So i tried it on my own at home. it was so gross. I giving up on trying to get skinnier. Cheer keeps my in shape. I wanted a flat stomach but to get that i will need to get the will power to go and work out everyday. If you really want something you'll work as hard as you can for it. And Honestly i didn't want it that bad. one thing i did get out of this 20 time is i fixed my eating habit. Well that's a good thing.

week 12
this week we decided not to work out on the weekend. but on Monday-Friday i have cheer so i work out there. Courtney is continuing to do the work thing that i uploaded two weeks ago. and she got a gym membership. on Wednesday i had a really hard practice , then after practice i went to they gym with Jazlynn then after the gym i went to gymnastic. that was so hard. then every Thursday i have gymnastic. and i was so sore from all the working out the day before that it just made yesterday even harder. working out is getting easier so that the good thing about all of this.

week 11
this week , still sticking with the work out plan from last week that i uploaded. Also there was cheer tryouts. so you know i was working out. first day of tryout i did over 60 sit ups. 32 push ups. 50 jumping jack. i believe like 20 leg raise. i cant run because of my bad knees , so for as long as the team it running i have to do jumping jack. it to help some thing about a heart rate, lol i don't know just makes me tired and sweat so i know its working. i have been eating right . no real pop or junk food. having practice everyday will really help my stay working out. because in the past when i wasn't doing cheer i would forget or not feel like working out. with cheer i have no choice. Also my coach has like workout plan for the team each day , so we are never doing the same thing but running.

Week 10
For week 10 i said i was going too start fasting.. Nope didn't work out to well. i didn't have the proper Resource nor all the information to fast. And after thinking about it i felt it would be really hard. but what i did do over the week was find a monthly small ab work plan. basically i do crunches, planks and leg raises. Day 1 you start off with 5 crunches , 5 leg raises and a 10 sec plank. By the 2nd from last day and its 24 day you do 150 crunches , 58 leg raises and a 90 sec plank hold. Out of the 24 days you get 6 rest days or as they call it "Abs So Tightly Right Rest Day". so fair i have done only 3 days. I missed yesterday night and Wednesday night. To me that just means im down to only 4 rest day.

week 9
This week was the same as last week we didn't change nothing from the workout plan we made last week. the only this i did this week that was some what different is i did a body cleaning. im starting a fast. Fasting is primarily an act of willing abstinence or reduction from certain or all food, drink, or both, for a period of time.Other fasts may be only partially restrictive, limiting particular foods or substances. The fast may also be intermittent in nature. Fasting practices may preclude sexual intercourse and other activities as well as food. To me fasting will helps me realize just how fragile we are and how much we depend on things beyond ourselves. For the month of November i plan to have harder work out.

week 8
for week 8 Me and Courtney tried some thing a little different. We planed our whole week out like everyday until Sunday. So Monday thought Sunday we are doing 25 sit ups. To try and tighten up our stomach. 10 V up Wednesday, Friday (which is today) and Sunday. Courtney has to run at less 2 mils before this week is over. I do sit ups cause my biggest problem to me is m y stomach and Courtney had a fact stomach. she just doesn't like running. Well i don't like running either. Since i had real bad knees i would run then walk but this week i haven't ran not once. ill probably do it Sunday. Also Everyday we are suppose to do 10 push ups. push ups are easy. Me personality i start having a better eating habit but this week i worked a lot. and being are McDonald or any fast food for 6 hours is tempting. that my weakness fast food.And get off and not wanting to work out. so for the up coming week we are going to add like two more workouts to our week. to help work out different parts of our body.

Week 7th
Week 6 , We didn't post anything, But we worked out a couple of times this week. Tuesday I stayed the night at taras house so we could go to the gym together on Wednesday. so at the gym we ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes both of us. then I did two sets of crunches and each set was 50 so totaled out to be 100. Tara worked out on weights with her upper arms.We did more of little things after like legs and more arms together, and that's it.
