3rd week

Over The last week i have had alot of ups and down with working out. On mondat i had cheer so i did alot of working out there. Tuesday i had gymnastic ran a mile , did a lot of tumbleing and ab workouts. Wednesday didnt really workout i only went for a mile walk. Thurday i didnt do anything :( . Friday was homecoming so i ate a lot and didnt do anything but cheer act the game. over the week  started off eating rigth but i didnt stick with it. I had ice cream , pizza , went out to eat just not being heathly. im going to start fresh this week. im using a new finess app , to help me .

Me And Courtney's Plans (:

For Courtney and I 20 project we are working out. Our goal is to lose unneeded body fat and to increase our working out abilities. By January we would like To improve our performance in different exercise. Increase our amount of push up and set ups that we can do. We Hope to build muscle and our strength. Lose weight, To get “Toned” or To get “in shape.” Just all around be a healthier person.

What We have Done . 1st Week

What We have Accomplish Over the First Week of Our 20 Project, On Monday I Came Up With a Workout schedule and Calorie tracker. Started working out on Tuesday. I feel with my doing cheer and trying to workout outside of that is very hard. But for Courtney is works good. The first week was really hard but so far so good.
