For week 10 i said i was going too start fasting.. Nope didn't work out to well. i didn't have the proper Resource nor all the information to fast. And after thinking about it i felt it would be really hard. but what i did do over the week was find a monthly small ab work plan. basically i do crunches, planks and leg raises. Day 1 you start off with 5 crunches , 5 leg raises and a 10 sec plank. By the 2nd from last day and its 24 day you do 150 crunches , 58 leg raises and a 90 sec plank hold. Out of the 24 days you get 6 rest days or as they call it "Abs So Tightly Right Rest Day". so fair i have done only 3 days. I missed yesterday night and Wednesday night. To me that just means im down to only 4 rest day.
