Week 6 , We didn't post anything, But we worked out a couple of times this week. Tuesday I stayed the night at taras house so we could go to the gym together on Wednesday. so at the gym we ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes both of us. then I did two sets of crunches and each set was 50 so totaled out to be 100. Tara worked out on weights with her upper arms.We did more of little things after like legs and more arms together, and that's it.
I have said this from the beginning with you guys: I really believe that if you developed a workout plan it would be much easier to stick to it consistently. That is something that I would love to see happen still.
