For Courtney and I 20 project we are working out. Our goal is to lose unneeded body fat and to increase our working out abilities. By January we would like To improve our performance in different exercise. Increase our amount of push up and set ups that we can do. We Hope to build muscle and our strength. Lose weight, To get “Toned” or To get “in shape.” Just all around be a healthier person.
Not bad so far. I need details though. How are you going to work out? What plan are you going to follow? Don't have a plan? Find one online and follow it. How will you measure if you were successful or not. These are the types of things that will need to be ironed out to make this project a success for you two.
