What We have Done . 1st Week

What We have Accomplish Over the First Week of Our 20 Project, On Monday I Came Up With a Workout schedule and Calorie tracker. Started working out on Tuesday. I feel with my doing cheer and trying to workout outside of that is very hard. But for Courtney is works good. The first week was really hard but so far so good.
